The Lumix S1 II is the first full-frame Lumix mirrorless camera to offer 5.1K OpenGate recording, making it ideal for those creating for a number of different platforms. Shoot once and then crop for each of your individual projects. Cut out continuity issues and make your workflow as streamlined as it possibly could be.

Professional-Spec Video

The Lumix S1 II is compatible with Arri-log C3, enabling creation of video fit for the big screen. Produce fantastic cinema-quality video within a compact and lightweight setup, with minimal fuss. For the highest-possible quality, there is no crop when recording 4K/60p, delivering the best possible footage as you see it.

Easy Copy & Backup

Gone are the days of breaking shoots to sit and back up your data. The Lumix S1 II makes this easy thanks to the capability to copy and back up your data directly from SD or CFexpress cards to an SSD via USB-C. S1 II also enables direct recording to an SSD via USB-C, cutting out the middle-man and letting you get on with the shoot at hand.

Improved Autofocus

The S1 II features an improved autofocus system in high frame rate video, with the addition of a further subject-recognition mode. Lumix S1 II can recognise 'Urban Sports' with it's latest addition, with support for events such as street dance, freestyle, football, skateboarding, BMX, parkour and more.

Blazing-Fast Speed

The S1 II improves it's stils-shooting capability when compared to it's predecessor also. Shoot up to 70fps, blackput free with the electronic shutter in continuous AF. It is also able to record HEIF files for the first time ever, delivering images with movement where necessary.
