Please note that we do not dispatch parcels on Bank Holidays or weekends, due to there being no courier collections from us on these days. Please take this into account when placing an order and selecting a delivery method.
"Working Days" are Monday-Friday and exclude any Bank Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be shipped from the following standard working day, contingent on the delivery method that you have selected at the point of ordering.
Please place your order by 3pm when selecting next-working day delivery (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) for same-day dispatch. Orders paid via Finance agreements must be placed and completed by 1pm (subject to underwriting checks by Novuna Consumer Finance) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If you require delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, please ensure your order is placed by 3pm on Friday (or 1pm for Finance orders). Weekend methods are not selectable via the checkout. If you would like to opt for one of these delivery options, please get in touch, and we will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you in line with the pricing detailed below.

Mainland UK includes all areas of the UK except UK islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. For details on areas classified as "Highlands and Islands," please see further information below.
We do not deliver outside of the UK, except for orders sent via the BFPO (British Forces Post Office) service for British Forces Overseas.
We do not deliver to mail forwarding services. Any orders using a mail forwarding address will be automatically cancelled without notice. This also applies where we suspect that the address provided is or is associated with a mail forwarding service.
In some cases, we may use an alternative service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Tracking and courier details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Our primary couriers are DPD, FedEx, and Parcelforce, and we will select the best available service for your order at the time of dispatch. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific couriers.
Tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS, provided you have supplied a mobile number during checkout.
In some cases, we may use an alternative service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If we cannot fulfil your order using your chosen method, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options and, if necessary, issue a partial refund.

If you would like to opt for any of the above options which are not available to select via the checkout, such as weekend options, please get in touch, and we'll make the necessary arrangements and collect any remaining balance. Please note that delivery within the specific timeframe is in the hands of the courier once collected from us. Should there be any issues with the delivery, we will endeavour to contact you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free delivery to UK islands (i.e. Isle of Man), Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands. The free and Next Working Day delivery options we provide for Mainland UK are already heavily subsidised to keep costs low. However, due to higher shipping costs for Highland and Island locations, we are unable to extend the same offers to these areas. We have also subsidised these rates as much as possible to keep them affordable.
Postcodes provided by our courier partners determine the areas classified as part of the Scottish Highlands. You can use the Delivery Estimate option in your Shopping Basket to check if your postcode falls into this category and to view all available delivery options.
Our dispatch cut-off time is 3pm (1pm for Finance orders) Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). If you require Saturday or Sunday delivery, your order must be placed by 3pm on Friday (1pm for Finance orders).
Delivery speeds vary by location and are based on your postcode. For example, Northern Ireland is typically a 2-working-day service, while some parts of the Scottish Highlands may take up to 5 working days. Your exact delivery options will be displayed at checkout, or you can check them in advance using the Delivery Estimate tool in your Shopping Basket.
Royal Mail* - £2.95:
These items will be sent via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days under normal conditions. However, during peak periods such as Christmas/Black Friday, delivery may take longer. If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting a courier option at checkout for faster delivery.
Royal Mail* - £3.95:
These items will be shipped via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days under normal circumstances. However, delivery may take longer during peak periods, such as Christmas/Black Friday. If you require your order urgently, please select a courier option at checkout for a faster service.
*Please note that items prohibited in mail services, such as batteries, are not eligible for shipment via the Post, and can only be shipped via courier delivery. The standard £5.95 delivery charge will apply for orders totalling less than £100.

Tracking information will be sent via email. Your parcel may be transferred from the main courier to a local service provider for remote locations, who may contact you with updated tracking details.
These items are clearly marked so at the time of ordering and are not held in stock. They typically take 5–7 working days to arrive with us before being dispatched. There are occasions when items may take a little longer to arrive with us, contingent on our own suppliers. Should this be the case, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible, providing options for how you might like to proceed with the order. If we are informed that an ordered item has been discontinued, we will always notify you and offer an alternative where applicable. If you are considering placing an order for an item being shown as 'Special Order', please feel free to get in touch with us and we'll be more than happy to query this with the relevant supplier, prior to an order being placed with us. Please note that any ETAs provided are estimates, based on information procured from our suppliers.

When placing an order online, there will be occasions when stock is not available at our Central Fulfilment Centre, and it will have to be dispatched from one of our eight high-street branches. Dependent on the location of the goods ordered, this may affect the latest time an order can be placed with same-day dispatch, as some of our locations' courier collection times can vary. There are also occasions when a courier's collection may be earlier than scheduled.
Should there be a chance that an item's location may affect shipment time on your order, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
There may also be instances where multiple units of an item are ordered, or different items are ordered with stock in different locations. Typically, the order will be shipped in separate parcels, though may also arrive separately dependent on a number of factors. In such cases, all relevant tracking details will be supplied and you will be notified that items within the order will be shipping separately. In such cases, items shipping from different locations may also differ with regards to courier, of which you will also be notified. Where a 3-4 working day service is selected at the checkout, we will usually gather all ordered items from stores and ship together from our main warehouse, in one parcel.
We accept British Forces Posted Overseas (BFPO) orders using the BFPO postage system. However, please note that size and weight restrictions apply. In some cases, this may require splitting your order into multiple parcels, or in rare instances, we may be unable to fulfil the order.
How to Enter a BFPO Address at Checkout
By following this format, we can ensure your order is processed and delivered correctly.
If your BFPO address is eligible for VAT free orders, we can refund your VAT once your order has been placed or you can contact us in advance to arrange to place with order without VAT.
BFPO orders cannot pay using Finance.
If you are a Channel Islands resident, we can arrange a VAT refund on your order. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a VAT-free purchase before placing your order. Please note that your billing and delivery address must be in the Channel Islands for you to be eligible for VAT-free purchasing.
Orders to the Channel Islands are subject to the "Highlands & Islands" delivery charges outlined above.
The cut-off time for finance agreement orders to be dispatched the same day is 1pm. The finance agreement must be fully completed by this time. If an application is referred for review, causing a delay, your order may not be shipped until the following working day. Please note that this is at the discretion of the underwriting team at Novuna Consumer Finance, and there is nothing that we can do to speed up their decision-making process. Delivery time will depend on the postage method selected at checkout.
Finance orders will only be dispatched once the agreement is completed and any required documentation has been signed.
Please note that finance orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the finance agreement. Even if an alternative delivery address is selected at checkout, the order will still be sent to the billing address. We will always try to contact you to confirm this before dispatch, but if we cannot reach you, the parcel will be sent to the billing address to avoid any delays.
Finance orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1 PM) or Parcelforce, depending on the size and value of the order. Please note that Parcelforce delivery is made via their 'No To Neighbour' service, therefore, orders cannot be diverted or left with neighbours/in 'safe places'. If an alternative delivery method is required, we will contact you directly.

Please note that tracking information is not typically available as soon as we have processed a shipment. Tracking usually becomes active late-afternoon or into the evening of the day the order is shipped.
Not all delivery methods allow "in flight" changes to be made. However, some couriers do provide these options on selected deliveries.
If your delivery has this option and you choose to leave your item in a "safe place" or to be delivered to an alternative address from that supplied on your order, please note we will not be held responsible should the item go missing. For example, if your safe place is a recycling bin or around the side of your house, someone could easily see this and take your parcel before you return home. By choosing to have your parcel delivered to an alternative location or safe place, you are taking responsibility for that location being safe and secure and, therefore, any liability should this not be the case.
Where the tracking and proof of delivery (images/GPS coordinates/driver statements) show that the parcel was delivered per any instructions, we will not reimburse or replace items.
Please consider this fully when deciding to make such changes and remember that (excluding finance orders) we do allow delivery to a different address from the billing address - for example, a work address or family member.

Some couriers may send a text or email confirmation with a delivery slot, which you can rearrange if needed. If you request your parcel to be left in a secure location or have one set up with the courier, you accept liability for any loss. If you miss the delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier or contact us for assistance.
We only ship to UK addresses, including the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. Any orders using a mail forwarding address will be automatically cancelled without notice. This also applies where we suspect the address provided is or is associated with a mail forwarding service. Additionally, we do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
For finance orders, parcels can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the finance agreement, even if an alternative delivery address is selected at checkout. Please refer to the Finance section above for further details.
While we strive to dispatch all orders on time, we cannot guarantee next working day delivery, as third-party couriers fulfil this service, and this is in their hands once items are collected from us. If you have paid for a premium or expedited service that is not met, we may refund any additional postage costs where we feel appropriate. However, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses resulting from a delayed delivery.
