For orders placed online between December 1st and December 23rd inclusive, returns can be made until January 15th inclusive.
For orders placed in-store between December 1st and December 24th inclusive, returns can be made until January 15th inclusive.
(Returns may only be made up until January 15th of the following year: i.e. January 15th 2021 for Christmas gits ordered in December 2020).
Please ensure you contact us before returning your item.
If posting items to us, they must be posted on or before January 15th at the very latest. Items posted after this will not be eligible for a full refund. You can also take your item into your local store, if applicable.
Unwanted Christmas gifts can either be refunded or exchanged, but only when the packaging is in tact and seals unbroken where applicable. Items must be complete, unused and “as new” when returned. If the box has been opened to examine the product, it must have done so without damaging or marking the goods in any way. Goods should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. All software, CDs, must be sealed. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the goods must also be returned.
If we cannot deem the item to be “as new” when it is returned to us, the order will be subject only to a partial refund to reflect that it can no longer be sold by us as new.

Delivery Information is covered on a dedicated page. This should answer all your questions about delivery options, dispatch cut-off points, etc. If you are looking for seasonal delivery information, such as Christmas or Easter, this will be updated accordingly at the top of the Delivery Information page.
Our stock system is “live”. If an item shows as “in stock” and has the “add to basket” option, then you can be assured that we have this in stock and ready for the next dispatch.
If an item says “Special Order” then this item is not in stock and is ordered specially. ETA’s can very dramatically and especially with the current worldwide supply chain issues.
“Out of stock” items are not in stock, but you can use the “sign up to be notified…” option on the product page to receive an email when stock becomes available. Occasionally, we may have additional stock in one of our stores. We’ll let you know if this is the case and can arrange for it to be bought online.
We recommend calling your local store during opening hours to check on local store stock.
We try really hard to ensure we are competitive. If you think you have found the item cheaper elsewhere, then please get in touch and we will consider a price match. Please make sure the item you are looking at fulfils the requirements below. When contacting us, please ensure you tell us what product you'd like us to match and also make sure to provide a link to where you have seen the product cheaper.
All the items we sell are designed for sale within the UK and are bought directly from the manufacturer or their authorised distributor. We DO NOT sell grey imports and therefore you can be confident in knowing that we are eligible for offers from the manufacturers, such as cashback offers, etc. You can also be confident that VAT has been paid on the items you are buying and that they will have a valid UK/EU warranty supported by the manufacturer.
You will be able to verify that we are authorised dealers by checking the "where to buy" section of the brand website or when checking to see if we are eligible for marketwide promotions, by looking for our name in the list of authorised dealers in the terms & conditions. Please note that in some cases we are listed by our offical business name "Frank Wilkinson Cameras Ltd."

We try to ensure our prices are the best they can be and that all our customers are treated equally. Therefore we do not offer discount codes for new customers, students or certain occupations. We think this is the fairest way and allows us to keep our prices competitive for everyone.

If you have read the terms carefully and wish to return an item and have already notified us in writing (by email), then please return your item to the address below. Be sure to include your order number or we will have no way to know who the order belongs to! Returns take 3-4 working days to process after receipt and refunds can take a further 2-3 days to show in your account.
