Important Christmas & New Year Delivery information. PLEASE READ the below before placing an order:

We have 3 main couriers, ParcelForce,  DPD and FedEx. We will endeavor to dispatch your parcel on time with the fastest courier available and will be keeping a close eye on disruptions across the couriers to ensure your Christmas and festive period orders are delivered on time.

Our very last date for Christmas orders is Wednesday December 20th and therefore we strongly advise that you allow extra time for your orders to arrive and plan your Christmas shopping as early as possible.

Remember if you are local to one of our stores, you may be able to get the item by calling into a store. For all items stocked in stores, you will find a stock checker on the product. Or, please contact your local store or Customer Service (via email, Live Chat or phone - we answer all simple enquiries very, very quickly!) to check the stock availabilty of any of our products in any store.

 

Christmas and New Year Delivery Dates 2023:

Last day to order for Christmas Delivery: Wednsday 20th December. Please ensure you choose the £5.95 Next Working Day courier service.

Free delivery options will take 3-5 working days due to the bust time of year. Please consider this when placing your order and choosing a delivery option.

 

 

Dispatch days over Christmas:

We only dispatch on working days, not bank holidays. Please see table below for a list of dispatch days and arrival dates. The time taken for your parcel to arrive will depend on the delivery method you have chosen.
Please remember that working days are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
