Lock on to the eyes of people, animals, birds and more, ensuring your subject really is centre of the frame. Use the Framing Stabiliser function to keep your subject front and centre even when moving. 

Whilst typically a gimbal would be used to achieve smooth, silky footage, the FX2 is equally at home in-hand for run-and-gun filming. Featuring in-body-image-stabilisation (IBIS) and enhanced flexibility through Active and Dynamic Active modes, it is suited to all types of shooting. It also has a tilting monitor as well as an electronic viewfinder (EVF) to enable versatile framing even in harshly-lit conditions. 

FX2 supports cage & accessory mounting, enabling the creation of a fully-custom rig to meet your own shooting needs. There is also an optional removable XLR handle compatible, opening the way to professional-grade audio. It also features a built-in cooling fan for extended shoots. Where required, FX2 is also able to capture still images, with modes adjustable via the quick still/video/S&Q switch, making it easier to capture exactly what you need at a moment's notice. 

Featuring a new, intuitive interface inspired by Sony's Venice and Burano lines, used for top-end video production, FX2 is capable of 16-bit RAW output for professional needs and also has a de-squeeze function for anamorphic shooting.
