Part-ex / Buy-In quotes submitted after this time will be subject to the terms below. Quotes submitted from 22/09/2023 to amend date above are subject to existing terms, up to 14 days from the time of quote (after which point the quote is deemed to have expired).

1.On-Line-Valuations
Any valuation sent via this website is a valuation based upon the information you submit to us about the equipment you wish to sell and not a price at which we are willing to buy the equipment.
ii Once you have received and accepted a valuation for your equipment you will need to send it to our office. Once received we will carry out a full inspection to check both the physical and working condition of the equipment.
iii If we consider the value of the equipment is affected by the condition or functionality which was not explained to us at the time we gave the online valuation, the price we offer for it following an inspection will differ from the original online valuation.

2.Purchase Contract
i
Once we have carried out an inspection of your equipment we will offer to buy your equipment.
ii Any offer to buy equipment may only be accepted by you and a contract will only be made when you accept our offer to buy the equipment. The contract will be subject to these terms and conditions and will not contain any other standard terms and conditions.
iii When a contract is made, we will expect to receive all accessories with the equipment such as batteries, chargers, USB leads, AV leads, driver software, lens caps & body caps and expect you to delete any personal images from any internal memory and remove any memory cards which may belong to you and we will not be held responsible for any loss of personal data which may occur as a result.

3. Price & Payment
i Once we receive your equipment in accordance with 2 iii above, we will pay you the price for your equipment.
ii Part-Exchange values will be issued as online vouchers or store-vouchers, depending on your preference. If the value of your old equipment is more than that of the new equipment, you will be offered vouchers for difference or for the difference to be held on your account. If you would prefer to have a BACS transfer for the excess amount, this can be arranged, but please be aware that this portion will be treated as a “buy-in”, for which we offer less money, and therefore will be reduced accordingly.
iii Buy-In Values will be paid via BACS transfer. Buy-In transactions require a form of photo ID before BACS payment can be arranged.
