Sock enquries (online):

Our stock system is “live”. If an item shows as “in stock” and has the “add to basket” option, then you can be assured that we have this in stock and ready for the next dispatch.

If an item says “Special Order” then this item is not in stock and is ordered specially. ETA’s can very dramatically and especially with the current worldwide supply chain issues.

“Out of stock” items are not in stock, but you can use the “sign up to be notified…” option on the product page to receive an email when stock becomes available. Occasionally, we may have additional stock in one of our stores. We’ll let you know if this is the case and can arrange for it to be bought online.


Stock enquries (in-store):

The website stock is different from store stock. We recommend calling your local store during opening hours to check on local store stock.


Price Matching:

We try really hard to ensure we are competitive. If you think you have found the item cheaper elsewhere, then please get in touch and we will consider a price match. Please make sure the item you are looking at fulfils the requirements below. When contacting us, please ensure you tell us what product you'd like us to match and also make sure to provide a link to where you have seen the product cheaper.

We will only consider price-matching a competitor on the following basis:

  • The item is in stock with us and with the competitor. We will not match if the item is out of stock elsewhere.
  • The competitor is a UK retailer, with high-street shops and only selling UK stock. We will not match grey importers or online marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
  • The item is a like for like match, i.e. the same product code, the same colour, size, etc.

Grey Imports:

All the items we sell are designed for sale within the UK and are bought directly from the manufacturer or their authorised distributor. We DO NOT sell grey imports and therefore you can be confident in knowing that we are eligible for offers from the manufacturers, such as cashback offers, etc. You can also be confident that VAT has been paid on the items you are buying and that they will have a valid UK/EU warranty supported by the manufacturer.

You will be able to verify that we are authorised dealers by checking the "where to buy" section of the brand website or when checking to see if we are eligible for marketwide promotions, by looking for our name in the list of authorised dealers in the terms & conditions. Please note that in some cases we are listed by our offical business name "Frank Wilkinson Cameras Ltd."

We try to ensure our prices are the best they can be and that all our customers are treated equally. Therefore we do not offer discount codes for new customers, students or certain occupations. We think this is the fairest way and allows us to keep our prices competitive for everyone.

If you are looking to place a substantial order, for example if you are switching to a mirrorless system or investing for a business, then please get in touch as we will see if we can put together a bulk discount or B2B price for you.

Information about returns

General returns and Christmas returns information can be found on our Terms & Conditions page. If you have read the terms carefully and wish to return an item and have already notified us in writing (by email), then please return your item to the address below. Be sure to include your order number or we will have no way to know who the order belongs to! Returns take 3-4 working days to process after receipt and refunds can take a further 2-3 days to show in your account.

Can I use my online gift voucher in-store? Can I use my in-store gift voucher online?

Online gift vouchers can not be spent in-store.

In-store gift vouchers cannot be spent online.

If you have a paper gift voucher for use in store, we're sorry, but you can only spend this in your local store. Likewise, online gift codes can only be redeemed online.
