This is a direct replacement quick release plate for the ProMaster GH30C Carbon Fibre Gimbal Head and the ProMaster GH26 Aluminium Gimbal Head. It has both 1/4-20 and 3/8-18 mounting bolts as well as a spring-loaded, retractable anti-twist pin.

ProMaster Tripod QR Plate for GH30C & GH26 Gimbal Heads
This is a direct replacement quick release plate for the ProMaster GH30C Carbon Fibre Gimbal Head and the ProMaster GH26 Aluminium Gimbal Head. It has both 1/4-20 and 3/8-18 mounting bolts as well as a spring-loaded, retractable anti-twist pin. The anti-twist pin is removable. Two safety bolts on the bottom of this QR plate prevent it from accidentally sliding off the head. The safety bolts are removable. This QR plate uses a dovetail design that is also compatible with most other types of heads using an arca-swiss style quick release system.
