Designed to protect
Constructed from ballistic nylon, metal hardware, nylon seatbelt webbing and closed-cell PU foam, the case is built from some of the most premium quality materials in the industry. Heavily cushioned bolsters and 3-layer interior lining cradles sensitive gear and tie-down straps secures your camera rig when transporting between locations. Plus tripod mounting straps on the side of the case means you can easily and safely transport your fluid head video tripod (additional straps included for larger tripods).
Dedicated space for extra accessories
A front zippered pocket catch-all keeps large bulky items like cables, a light jacket, magazines and paper work tidy and easily accessible. Tools, screws, bolts, filters and other smaller accessories can be stored in the interior zippered pockets. The accessories and rig are always easily accessible, thanks to adjustable lid straps that keep the case lid open. This clever feature also ensures the case is always visibly open, preventing crew from accidentally carrying the case when not securely closed and zipped.
Easy to transport
Custom-designed, high-performance, 80mm super quiet wheels with sealed bearings make transporting your rig easy, even over rough surfaces. The extra tall wheel housings protect your bag from scrapes and scratches and give clearance for uneven ground. A large retractable handle ensures comfortable wheeling of the bag, whilst grab handles on three sides are ideal for lifting the case in and out of a car, van or truck. All parts susceptible to general wear: retractable handle, wheels, wheel housings, feet and kick plate are user-replaceable, making the Video Rig a case for life.
Built for the set
Reinforced dividers support heavier gear and maintain case strength over time, whilst hypalon reinforced rear corners further increase case durability and camera protection. Further features include extra long zipper pulls for easy and quick opening, high-quality YKK RC Fuse zippers for extreme durability and an included seam-sealed rain cover for downpour conditions.
What fits?
The ThinkTank Video Rig 24 fits a fully or partially assembled video camera rig up to 24” (61 cm), which could include: a camera body, lens, monitor, viewfinder, 4K recorder, audio recorder, rails, follow-focus, matte-box, shoulder mount, top handle, stabiliser handles, shotgun mic, counter-weight and other smaller accessories. Example cameras include: Canon C-series, Sony FS700, FS5, FS7, F5 or F55, Red Epic/Scarlet, Black Magic Cinema Camera, Ursa or Ursa Mini, Aja Cion, Arri Alexa and Amira as well as many other cinema and ENG style cameras.
