The Product Showcase Setting allows you to hold a product up to the camera and focus will immediately switch to the item, no matter how small - then back to you when the product is removed. Gone are the days of having to hold your hand behind smaller items or tricking the AF into switching focus onto the new object... only for your face to be out of focus when you move the object away!

Bokeh Switch

Tell your story beautifully and effectively, without technical knowledge. The Bokeh Switch allows you to get that lovely blurry background look (bokeh) in an instant... whilst keeping your face sharp.

Real-time Eye AF

As previously seen in Sony's A7 series of cameras, Real-time Eye AF locks on and tracks subjects with ease. So, even when you're moving around, you'll still be in focus. If you look away and look back, Eye AF will lock straight back onto your eye and bring you back into focus too.

Optional Shooting Grip

Combine it with the Sony GP-VPT2BT Bluetooth Shooting Grip (sold separately) and you have a tabletop tripod and easy to reach controls. When walking, the grip allows better stabilisation and a more comfortable natural hold for improved composition. There is also a zoom control, so you can easily maximise the camera's 2.7x optical zoom.

Imaging Edge Webcam for live streaming

Lets you use the ZV-1 as a high-quality webcam without the need for third party accessories. Just download the application for free and plug the supplied USB cable into your camera and into your laptop’s USB port. Thanks to this live stream functionality, the ZV-1 an ideal streaming camera.
