High Image Quality

The Fujifilm X-T50 is equipped with a back-illuminated 40.2 megapixel X-Trans™ CMOS 5 HR sensor. The latest image processing algorithm delivers high resolution, whilst minimising noise.

Amazing Autofocus

Equipped with an AI-based subject detection AF, developed using deep learning technology. This enables the camera to detect animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, aeroplanes, trains, insects, and drones.

In addition, the camera is equipped with an improved AF prediction algorithm which enables more accurate capture of a wide range of subjects, including fast-moving cars and animals.

Film Simulation Modes

Fujifilm’s rich history in film production is brought to life even in digital cameras thanks to a huge choice of Film Simulation modes. The X-T50 features 20 Film Simulation modes including "REALA ACE,” which combines faithful colour reproduction and crisp tonal gradations.

Film Simulations allow enhanced creativity in-camera and can allow a retro film look to be quickly and easily applied to any scene. Thanks to the addition of a new Film Simulation Dial on the top of the camera, these are easier than ever to apply and experiment with.

Digital Teleconverter

Thanks to the 40.2 megapixel sensor, the X-T50 adopts the Digital Teleconverter mode previously seen in the Fujifilm X-T5 and X-H2 cameras. This allows even more versatility with a 1.4x and 2x zoom options without cropping into the image too dramatically.

Maximum Stability

The X-T50 camera is equipped with a 5-axis in-body image stabilization function with a maximum of 7.0 stops. This means hand-held shooting in low light is more possible than ever and stable video footage is easily achievable.

Up to 6.2K video

6.2K/30P video recording is possible or 4K/60P. Tracking AF function during video recording is also available for high-quality video recording without worrying about focussing on your subject.

Easy to use

The camera can shoot in AUTO mode, which detects the scene and automatically selects the optimal shooting settings, simply by operating the AUTO mode switching lever on the top surface of the body. The camera automatically detects the subject and tracks it while keeping it in focus, making it easier to capture high-quality still images and movies.

Carefully Designed

Although small, this model is easy to hold and keep steady. In addition, the shape of the grip and the layout of the buttons on the back of the camera have been fine-tuned to allow for more comfortable shooting of both still and moving images. The X-T50 also features the same 1.84 million-dot, tiltable rear LCD monitor as the previous model.
