Introducing the DJI RS 4 Mini, a lightweight and compact gimbal for content creators. Featuring automated axis locks, intelligent tracking and composition capability, Teflon enhanced balancing and third-generation native vertical shooting, it delivers a more efficient filming experience to those on the move. 

Perfect for creators on the move, the RS 4 Mini features auto-axis lock, previously found on DJI's flagship gimbals, allowing three axis locks to automatically unlock when powered on and lock when powered off or put into sleep mode. Axis arms fold flatter than on previous models, enabling easier storage, doable with the press of a button. RS 4 Mini also offers the fastest switch between horizonal & vertical shooting in the RS Series, with this transfer now possible in approx. 10 seconds, to allow quick changes of perspective when the need arises - ideal for those creating content for larger format and those creating for portrait-oriented platforms such as TikTok, Reels & YouTube 
Shorts.

The RS 4 Mini features an upgraded Fourth-Generation RS Stabilisation Algorithm, delivering a superior balance between stabilisation strength and the tactile feel of camera movement. RS 4 Mini also offers significantly improved stability when in vertical shooting, plus optimised for use with a variety of different cameras, automatically calibrating motor strength to adapt to different scenarios. 

Achieve correct balance of your camera with ease thanks to Teflon interlayers from DJI's flagship gimbals, reducing friction for a smoother balancing process. A new fine-tuning knob on the til axis enables precise millimetre-level balancing. 

Whether you create with a more traditional-style mirrorless camera or with a smartphone, RS 4 Mini is for you. It'll effortlessly handle combinations such as the Sony A7 Series combined with mid-length lenses such as the FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II, as well as vlogging-specific cameras such as the Sony ZV Series. The new Phone Holder enables quick-switch to a smartphone, letting you adapt seamlessly to ever-chaning scenarios. 

Despite weighing only 890g, the RS 4 Mini is capable of carrying payloads up to 2kg, enabling support for a wide range of mainstream camera/lens combinations. It is able to support mirrorless models such as the Sony A7 Series along with mid-sized lenses such as the FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II, along with a DJI Mic receiver. Thanks to high-torque motors, RS 4 Mini is capable of retaining stable shooting when zooming to maximum focal lengths with compatible-sized setups such as the below, without the need to re-balance:

Gone are the days of having to maneuovre tangled cables, to manage camera functions from the gimbal interface. With Bluetooth pairing, recording can be started/stopped directly via the gimbal's record button. A new zoom control function also allows the operation of zooming with PZ (Power-Zoom) lenses and Clear Image Zoom simply by pushing the joystick in the desired direction. Your camera will only need to be paired once, after which it'll automatically be reconnected, for a more seamless workflow. 

RS 4 Mini features a new, upgraded user interfaxce (UI). This upgraded system displays icons more clearly and runs more smoothly. New gimbal status prompts have been added and the front dial can now be used to fine-tune customisable parameters. It also features an auto-lock features, removing the risk of accidentally knocking something mid-shoot, whilst also conserving battery power.

The DJI RS 4 Mini is compatible with the RS Intelligent Tracking Module, assisting in intelligent follow-filming and composition. With just one press of the trigger, you can lock onto your subject or start/stop recording.
In the new Responsive mode, the gimabl responds faster to hand movements upon start/stop whilst also retaining DJI's classic Smooth Follow mode, ideal for follow shots or parallel tracking.
