RS 3 Mini adopts an innovative design that includes a smaller build, integrated battery and native vertical shooting capability. The compact and portable body can easily fit into a shoulder bag, allowing you to travel light. When in use, RS 3 Mini is about half the size of the RS 3 Pro and weighs only 795g in portrait mode (850g in horizontal mode), making it more convenient for long-duration use.

RS 3 Mini has a payload of up to 2kg, letting it easily handle larger setups such as a Sony A7S III & FE 24-70mm f2.8 GM Lens. It supports mainstream full-frame or APS-C mirrorless camera, enabling a wide-range of camera and lens combinations. With high-torque motors, RS Mini can retain stable shooting when zooming to max focal lengths on most lenses without the need for rebalancing. All of this in a unit which is 50% smaller than the RS 3 Pro.

Using the same outstanding third-gen RS Stabilisation algoritm as the RS 3 Pro, RS 3 Mini can achieve professional-grade image stabilisation. Whether capturing a low-angle shot or shooting in flashlight mode, your shots stay stable. RS 3 Mini's unique size and features help to provide ample opportunity to achieve rich camera movements and language. It also reduces the need to re-shoot due to camera shake, allowing you to cpature every moment and create with more confidence. Shooting around human subjects? Leave it to RS 3 Mini to achieve smooth camera movements effortlessly without the need to pay too much attention to footwork and pace.

An upgraded dual-layered quick-release plate features an upper plate with a curved placement guide that prevents the camera from rotating and loosening. With clear mounting and locking marks, launch and storage efficiency are further enhanced. It also follows the ARCA standard, allowing for convenient switching between gimbal and tripods. The RS Series has made a breakthrough in native vertical shooting on RS 3 Mini. Switch to vertical instantly without the need for additional accessories. Simply mount the standard Quick-Release Plate to the gimbal's vertical arm and film content that's optimised for portrait-oriented platforms such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. The gimbal rotation angle of RS 3 Mini is greatly expanded, offering the same control experience as in horizontal mode, making it easy to film in Upright, Underslung and Flashlight, and other operation modes.

RS 3 Mini's Bluetooth shutter control (the same as that on RS 3 Pro) supports mainstream mirrorless camera models and allows RS 3 Mini to automatically reconnect with a camera after the initial pairing. With Bluetooth pairing you can directly control the video recoridng and photo capture functions of your camera via the record button on the gimbal. Press the M button to switch between PF (Pan Follow), PTF (Pan and Tilt Follow), and FPV mode. Photographers can also customise the follow speed and other parameters of RS 3 Mini on the touchscreen, for smoother and more intuitive shooting. A 1.4in full-colour touchscreen with a new UI makes gimbal function smooth and simple. RS 3 Mini facilitates front dial focussing via an ergonomic front dial which rotates to adjust the focus, ISO, aperture, shutter and other parameters. Control the movement of the gimbal's three axes with the front dial for a more effective solo-shooting experience.

The integrated battery grip supports up to 10 hours of runtime, providing sufficient power to fully meet the shooting needs of all-day use. Recharge RS 3 Mini in as little as 2.5 hours to get back to shooting quickly. RS 3 Mini can even be used whilst it is charging, if desired.
