Canon ET-74B Bayonet Lens Hood for the EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II USM & the RF 100-400mm F5.6-8 IS USM Lenses. Hoods are primarily designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens.
